TerminaLink support
Email support@terminalinkmcp.com for setup, account and billing help, privacy requests or private security reports. TerminaLink is provided by Tall Tree Digital.
Send a useful report
- State whether the issue affects sign-in, pairing, device connection, a terminal tool, billing or the website.
- Describe the expected result and what happened. Include short steps using harmless sample data.
- Include your operating system, browser, TerminaLink version, and the approximate time and time zone.
- Include a short redacted error or cropped screenshot, not a complete diagnostic report.
Keep secrets out
Do not send passwords, tokens, pairing codes, device credentials, payment-card details, private keys, source files or raw terminal output. Local diagnostics can contain usernames, device names and paths. Review them before sharing. Do not post private security reports or another person's data in public issues.
Privacy requests
Use the subject Privacy request. Explain whether you want access, correction or deletion, and identify the affected feature and approximate date. Use your account email where possible. Do not send identity documents or credentials with your initial request. The Privacy notice explains account controls, retention and external-provider limits.
Security reports
Use the subject Security report. Include the affected version, potential impact and a safe reproduction using only a system you own or have permission to test. Do not exploit a customer system to prove an issue. No reward program or response deadline is offered.
Connection and account controls
Check that the selected computer is online and its local service is running. A disconnected target does not cause TerminaLink to switch computers. The dashboard shows the selected device and provides revocation and billing controls.
Run terminalink stop on the computer to stop its local service. Local stop is not credential revocation. Revoke the device in the dashboard or run terminalink unpair to remove relay access. These actions cannot undo commands that already ran.
Use the dashboard or terminalink delete-account --yes to remove live relay account data. An active subscription must end first. Account deletion does not remove local project files, the local service installation, the identity-provider account or ChatGPT conversations.
Billing and refunds
Free includes 10,000 tool calls per month. Unlimited costs US$18/month, billed monthly in US dollars, plus applicable taxes shown at checkout. Cancel through the dashboard's billing portal before renewal; access continues until the paid period ends. Stopping or uninstalling the local service does not cancel billing.
To request a full refund of the first subscription payment within 14 days, email support@terminalinkmcp.com with the subject Refund request and the invoice reference. Do not include card details. A processed first-payment refund ends paid access and returns the account to Free. Later payments are reviewed for duplicate charges, billing errors or service failure. See the Terms for the full policy and mandatory consumer rights.
Support availability
There is no guaranteed response time or 24-hour coverage. Do not rely on support for emergency response. Support correspondence is deleted within 12 months after resolution, subject to the limited holds described in the Privacy notice.
